I have the pocket book of the low GI shopper’s guide 2009. It does not have Rice Cakes in it, could you please let me know if they are a high GI food? My partner says they are because they are mainly brown rice and little salt. Also is San Remo Pasta a low GI? Thank you

I have trouble formulating a diet for winter that helps me lose weight (particularly round tummy area), controls my readings and stops me being hungry in the colder months. Can you itemize a breakfast (7am); morning tea break (10.35am); lunch break 12.50pm); afternoon tea break (4pm) and dinner (7pm) diet for me. I must eat at work at these times and also I have to fit around my husband’s working times. Thanks

I have good controlled sugar levels (av. 6.5 over three months) but find my weight ballooning out. I eat a very controlled diet but cannot stop my weight creeping up. Is this because I am on Avandia and Glimepride? Is there anything I can do?
